Gettysburg DFA works closely with this new, non-partisan community group, which grew out of a presentation to DFA by Fair Districts Pa in the winter of 2017.  Its goal is to end gerrymandering of voting districts in our state, a practice that benefits one political party over another and undermines democracy.  Pennsylvania is among the most gerrymandered states in the U.S. 

The group will educate county voters on this issue and help lobby for a non-partisan, independent commission to redraw districts in 2021 so that every vote counts and all citizens are fairly represented.
