An evening fundraiser in support of congressional candidate Janelle Stelson will be held Wednesday, April 8, from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. at the home of Edie Jardine and Dan Mangan. The address will be provided upon RSVP.
Hosts for the event include Edie Jardine and Dan Mangan; Bill Patterson and Roger Lund; William Gilmartin and Lois Starkey; David Rice and Dora Townsend; Monica E. Oss and J. Jay Mackie, Ph.D.; Pat and Dick Shoap; James “Chip” Swope; Dr. Bettye F. Baker; Charlie Skopic; Kyle Skopic; Bruce Bigelow; and Julie Ramsey.
Suggested contribution levels are $1,000 for hosts, $500 for supporters, $250 for contributors, and $50 for friends.

Contributions to Friends of Janelle Stelson are not tax-deductible for income tax purposes. Under federal election law, individuals may contribute a maximum of $6,600, with $3,300 allocated for the primary election and $3,300 for the general election. Political action committees may contribute a maximum of $10,000, with $5,000 allocated for the primary election and $5,000 for the general election. Federal law also requires the campaign to collect and report the name, mailing address, and employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200. Only personal, partnership, and federal political action committee checks may be accepted; corporate contributions are not permitted.
