The Adams County Democratic Committee and Gettysburg Area Democracy for America will host a series of four sessions designed to help candidates who are running for public office in Adams County.
At each of the four sessions, a panel of speakers will help prospective candidates learn about the procedures and requirements of running for office. There will be time for questions and answers.

SESSION 4: CANVASSING, VOLUNTEER MANAGEMENT, CAMPAIGN COORDINATION. March 24, 6:00-8:00 p.m. • Canvassing • Volunteer Management • Campaign Coordination and wrap up
All sessions will be held at the Adams County Democratic Committee office, 24 Chambersburg St., Gettysburg. A donation of $20 is suggested.

Leon Reed is a former US Senate staff member, defense consultant, and history teacher. He is a 10 year resident of Gettysburg, where he writes military history and explores the park and the Adams County countryside. He is the publisher at Little Falls Books, chaired the Adams County 2020 Census Complete Count Committee and is on the board of SCCAP. He and his wife, Lois, have 3 children, 3 cats, and 5 grandchildren.
